The room was impeccably clean, especially an amazing view of the mountains from the window. The location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Southover Grange Gardens.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist spots, including Cingjing Farm and a bus stop, making exploration easy. Previous guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfortable rooms and great bathroom amenities. the breakfast served is delicious and the English design adds to the charm of the place.

While the hotel is comfortable and pleasant overall, some guests noted that it could benefit from more outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect. Situated near Cingjing farm, I was able to easily visit this popular tourist spot and take in the breathtaking views of the mountains. Speaking of views, my room had a fantastic mountain view that was truly a sight to behold. I couldn't get enough of it! The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and were always there to assist me with any questions or requests I had. I was also pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and had all the basic amenities I needed. And let's not forget about the breakfast! The homemade bread served in the dining area was absolutely delicious and a perfect start to the day. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

    All was good.

Cozy room and comfy bed. Enjoyed the complementary snacks. Key location with easy access to bus stop and eateries.

The heater in the room was not sufficient during a cold winter night. the slippers provided seemed unhygienic.

Great scenery and fresh air was perfect during thanksgiving. The hotpot was the best meal offered. The shuttle service was also convenient as it took us to a recommended restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The thoughtfulness of putting electric bed warmers was appreciated too.

The location was too far from major attractions. The shuttle bus only took us to one recommended restaurant, which was limited in options.
